Please choose your items carefully and read through all the details of the piece before purchase as there is no refund offered if you change your mind.
If your piece has arrived with damage or happens to be faulty, please get in contact with me within 24 hours to discuss options - your item will need to be returned in similar protective packaging within 14 days.
All our photos are taken in natural light without the use of a flash or filter, some colours may appear different because of the lighting or the colour of the background. ie. wall hangings on the wall, keychains on flat lays. Due to the natural nature of the cotton fibres some may appear different to what is seen in our photos due to this. Computer screens and phones screens can also make the colours appear different.
Crystals have amazing healing properties when used correctly with intention, but we in no way recommend they replace professional health advice by medical practitioners.
HANDLING & SHIPPING
Each item is wrapped carefully with love ready for postage.
Please hang macrame pieces on arrival - cotton/ropes may have a slight wave/kink in it after being packaged firmly for delivery. Gently straighten out the body and fringes with fingers - some of the fringing may need a very gentle brush with a fine tooth comb.
Shipping is currently only in Australia, however please contact me direct for a personalised quote if from OS.
I aim to have your items packaged and shipped within 3 days of payment being finalised - posted with Australia Post or a courier.
A tracking number will be provided to you via email once it has been posted.
If purchasing internationally, buyers are responsible for all custom & import taxes applicable. Make sure you check when importing natural pieces of wood/branches that are prohibited on your country of residence. Please be sure to check these before you purchase. Knot and Soul co takes no responsibility for any additional costs incurred.
